Screenshots are welcome when useful, but remove unrelated personal information first. Never send a password, authentication token, sensitive record, or information about a child that is not needed to answer the request.

If needed, support may ask an adult to send the LogNormal crash report for the reported incident. Sharing it is optional. Send only that app-specific report, remove unrelated personal information, and do not send whole-device logs.

Use the app’s Account controls for sign-in, account recovery, learner switching, profile details, data export and permanent deletion. Family controls apply only to learners the adult is authorized to manage. If you cannot access the account, contact the team from its email address when possible.

Where an Apple subscription is offered in the app, Apple handles billing, renewal, cancellation and refund requests. Use the app’s Restore Purchases and subscription-management controls, or Apple’s subscription settings. Deleting LogNormal, an account or a learner does not itself cancel an Apple subscription.

Free access lets a learner unlock four exercises individually from their locked exercise overlay. Each unlocked exercise includes Audit, Articulate and Apply. The launch price is USD 10 per learner seat per month. The localized price and renewal terms shown by Apple at purchase govern the transaction.
