Your privacy choices.

Without an account, practice records remain local. Reset All Progress clears the selected learner’s learning history, sessions, unfinished work, queued uploads and progress reports. For a signed-in learner, it also resets their account learning history; other devices discard older work when they reconnect. Learning pauses while reset is pending. Reset does not delete the account, remove sign-in credentials, cancel purchases, erase settings or free-exercise access, affect other learners, or purge provider backups.

Removing the app clears its ordinary application container but may leave a credential in the device Keychain. Sign out before removing the app when possible. Permanent account deletion revokes service access; removing the app alone does not delete the cloud account or cancel an Apple subscription.

Use Account in the app to correct available profile details. Account data includes Request account export and Permanently delete account; permanent deletion requires fresh authentication. An authorized guardian may request withdrawal of authorization or assistance with a learner through the contact address above. LogNormal verifies the requester’s authority before acting.

Depending on residence and lawful exceptions, a person may request to know or access information, obtain a portable copy, correct or delete information, withdraw consent, stop future collection, object to or restrict processing, or appeal a denied request. LogNormal does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, so there is currently no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out to apply.

An authorized agent may act where law permits. LogNormal may verify identity, residence, account relationship, or guardian authority using information proportionate to the request. We will not ask for a password or authentication token. A denial response will identify any appeal method required by applicable law, and a requester may contact the competent regulator.

Optional first-party analytics starts only after you accept. Continue without analytics keeps it off and does not affect forms or access. You can change this choice below or with Analytics preferences in the footer. Withdrawal stops future events and removes the daily browser identifier; existing aggregate counts remain. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep analytics off.

The browser’s consent-created daily identifier and sanitized first-touch labels expire at the next UTC midnight, within 24 hours. Daily keyed hashes expire after 32 days; hourly aggregate counts are kept for 13 months. No individual event log is stored. Analytics never includes your email, name, question, raw IP address, user-agent string, or full referring URL. Your browser consent preference stays until changed or cleared.

You may ask LogNormal to correct or delete correspondence it still holds. Write from the address involved when possible and do not include a password, authentication token or unnecessary child information. Use the adult launch form to request a confirmation email. You join only after confirming. Each launch email includes an unsubscribe link; earlier confirmation and unsubscribe links remain available. Submitting a question does not subscribe you to marketing. You can ask us to correct or delete the private database copy of a question as well as correspondence.

Apple controls TestFlight and its copy of beta-testing data under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. A participant can stop beta participation by deleting the beta app. Deleting the app does not itself delete beta-testing data or feedback already provided to Apple or LogNormal.
