Your privacy choices.

On a fresh installation without a retained earlier account session, the app does not upload exercise records or learner-authored mathematical work to LogNormal’s account service. A TestFlight build has the separate Apple data flow described in the Privacy Policy. In builds where “Reset All Progress” is available, it clears the selected learner’s progress and reporting snapshot, but not every session, canonical attempt or checkpoint file, setting, telemetry record, account credential, or exercise-specific record.

Removing the app clears its ordinary application container, but may leave an earlier account credential in the device Keychain. Permanent account deletion revokes that credential’s access to the account service; it does not itself erase the Keychain item on this device. If in-app sign-out is unavailable, review the Support page for current channel status and device-specific guidance.

A former beta participant may need access, export, correction, or permanent deletion. The Account Deletion page explains the intended process. Once public intake is operational, LogNormal will verify that the requester is authorized to act for the account or learner.

Depending on residence and lawful exceptions, a person may request to know or access information, obtain a portable copy, correct or delete information, withdraw consent, stop future collection, object to or restrict processing, or appeal a denied request. LogNormal does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, so there is currently no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out to apply.

An authorized agent may act where law permits. LogNormal may verify identity, residence, account relationship, or guardian authority using information proportionate to the request. We will not ask for a password or authentication token. A denial response will identify any appeal method required by applicable law, and a requester may contact the competent regulator.

Once the request channel is operational, a sender may ask LogNormal to correct or delete support or launch correspondence that LogNormal still holds. The request should come from the address involved and should not include a password, authentication token, or unnecessary information about a child.

Apple controls TestFlight and its copy of beta-testing data under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. A participant can stop beta participation by deleting the beta app. Deleting the app does not itself delete beta-testing data or feedback already provided to Apple or LogNormal.
