Privacy action · earlier beta accounts
Delete an earlier LogNormal account.
In the current reviewed prelaunch build, new public account creation and account controls are not enabled. The paid launch plan includes consumer accounts and learner persistence, but final behavior will be stated only after release qualification. A device may still retain a session from an earlier account-enabled beta.
Request status
Deletion requests.
The receiving inbox is available, but the identity-verification and deletion workflow is not yet release-qualified. A request should come from the account email where possible and must not include a password, token, or unnecessary information about a child.

Verification
LogNormal may ask for limited information needed to verify that the requester is authorized to act for the account or learner. We will not ask for a password or authentication token.
What deletion does
When permanent deletion is confirmed through an authorized process, account access is revoked and deletion from the live account service begins immediately. There is no account-recovery window. The public intake, verification, and confirmation workflow must be rehearsed before this page is used for release.
Deleting a LogNormal account or learner profile does not itself cancel a subscription billed by Apple. Before paid launch, the in-app deletion flow must explain this distinction and provide a route to Apple’s subscription-management tools.
Limited records and backups
Generated export packages expire within 24 hours. Ended consent or agreement records may remain for up to 90 days; security and completed-deletion records for up to 30 days; and replicated restore-suppression records are scheduled for purge after 14 days. A suppression record that has not yet replicated is retained until replication succeeds.
Deleted information may remain in a provider backup until that backup expires. The provider’s contractual maximum backup lifetime and the production project’s backup configuration have not yet been verified and must be established before release. If a backup is restored for disaster recovery, the restored account service must remain unavailable to the app until current deletion-suppression records are reapplied and verified.
Information on the device
Deleting an earlier account is separate from clearing information stored by the app on a device. In builds where “Reset All Progress” is available, it clears the selected learner’s progress and reporting snapshot. It does not clear session summaries, canonical attempt or checkpoint files, settings, the telemetry queue, account credentials, or every exercise-specific record.
Removing the app clears its ordinary application container, but may leave an earlier account credential in the device Keychain. Permanent account deletion revokes that credential’s access to the account service; it does not itself erase the Keychain item on this device. If in-app sign-out is unavailable, review the Support page for current channel status and device-specific guidance.
