Delete a LogNormal account.
In the app, open Account, then Account data, then Permanently delete account. You can request an account export before deletion or choose Export my data in the deletion sheet. Follow the fresh sign-in or Apple confirmation requested by the app. An authorized adult can also manage deletion of a learner they control. If you cannot use the app, contact LogNormal below.

Use permanent deletion in the app, or email for help if you cannot use it. Write from the account email when possible. Do not send a password, authentication token or unnecessary information about a child.

Verification
LogNormal may ask for limited information needed to verify that the requester is authorized to act for the account or learner. We will not ask for a password or authentication token.
What deletion does
When permanent deletion is confirmed through the authorized flow, account access is revoked and deletion from the live account service begins immediately. There is no recovery window. Deletion is complete only when the service confirms completion; a connection failure or pending request is not confirmation.
Deleting a LogNormal account or learner does not cancel an Apple subscription. The deletion flow provides a subscription-management route; use it to review or cancel billing separately.
Limited records and backups
Generated export packages expire within 24 hours. Ended consent or agreement records may remain for up to 90 days; security and completed-deletion records for up to 30 days; and replicated restore-suppression records are scheduled for purge after 14 days. A suppression record that has not yet replicated is retained until replication succeeds.
Deletion removes information from the live account service. Residual copies may remain in provider backups until those backups expire. The account service uses daily backups with point-in-time recovery disabled. The provider’s published daily recovery window is not a verified deadline for final erasure of every copy; LogNormal does not promise a strict seven-day or 168-hour purge. A disaster-recovery restore must reapply deletion-suppression records before restored account access is reopened.
Information on the device
Where available, “Reset All Progress” clears the selected learner’s learning history without deleting their account; see Privacy Choices for the full reset scope.
Removing the app clears its ordinary application container but may leave a credential in the device Keychain. Sign out before removing the app when possible. Permanent account deletion revokes service access; removing the app alone does not delete the cloud account or cancel an Apple subscription.
