End User License Agreement

1. Relationship to the Terms

This EULA governs the software license. The Terms of Service govern accounts and services; the Privacy Policy governs data; and the Founding Reservation Policy governs conditional Founding commitments. Mandatory app-store terms control where they cannot be varied.

2. Household license grant

After valid access is issued, LogNormal grants the account holder a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the application on supported devices for personal household mathematical training. A Founder household license is lifetime access for the life of the product, not ownership of the software or a promise of perpetual third-party platform availability.

3. Scope not included

The household license does not authorize classroom, school-wide, tutoring-business, commercial laboratory, white-label, resale, rental, service-bureau, API, or redistribution use. Separate institutional terms may be developed.

4. Restrictions

• Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or make derivative software except where expressly allowed.
• Do not circumvent access controls, extract protected content, or interfere with security.
• Do not reverse engineer except to the limited extent a non-waivable law permits.
• Do not remove proprietary notices or use LogNormal marks as though they identify another product.

5. Updates and compatibility

The application may receive fixes, changed interfaces, content updates, or security requirements. Older operating systems or devices may cease to be supported when reasonably necessary for safety or dependable operation. Core Founder product access is not a guarantee that every historical device remains compatible.

6. Ownership

The software, engine, interaction systems, designs, content, marks, and related intellectual property remain owned by LogNormal or its licensors. The license grants use, not title.

7. Termination

The license may terminate after material breach, abuse, security compromise, or unlawful use, subject to applicable law and reasonable notice where appropriate. On termination, use must stop and copies must be removed, without limiting lawful data-access or deletion rights.

8. Development and preview builds

Beta, TestFlight, or preview builds may be incomplete, change without notice, and contain defects. They are provided to evaluate and improve the product and do not carry a service-level agreement.

9. Warranty and liability

Final warranty disclaimers, liability limits, platform-beneficiary language, maintenance obligations, and regional consumer carve-outs require legal review. Nothing in this draft excludes a non-waivable statutory right.
