Delete an account or learner profile.

1. Request deletion

Email privacy@lognorm.al from the account email. State whether the request concerns the complete household account, one learner profile, a Founding reservation, or a specific category of information. Do not send a password, card number, government identifier, or unnecessary learner records.

2. Verification

LogNormal may verify control of the email or account and, for a child profile, the requesting adult’s authority. Verification should use the minimum additional information necessary. A request may be paused if identity or authority cannot be reasonably established.

3. What deletion covers

• Account profile and authentication state.
• Selected learner profile, preferences, course access, permissions, and mathematical activity.
• Derived progress or reporting records associated only with the deleted profile.
• Active sessions and linked role access.
• Support content when it is not required for security, dispute, or legal retention.

4. Founding reservations

If a reservation has not been charged, a verified deletion or cancellation request releases the commitment and inventory. Transaction, notice, or accounting records connected to a completed charge may require separate lawful retention even after product access is closed.

5. Retention exceptions

Limited records may be retained when required for accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or proof of a request. Retained information is restricted to the relevant purpose and removed when that purpose ends.

6. Effect on other household members

Deleting one learner profile should not delete unrelated household profiles. Deleting the household account ends access for profiles controlled only by that account. The confirmation will identify the requested scope before irreversible deletion.

7. Timing and confirmation

LogNormal will acknowledge a verified request and provide the applicable completion period. The target is 30 days where operationally and legally appropriate, but a different statutory or technically necessary period may apply. Completion or a lawful exception will be confirmed by email.

8. Access, correction, and export

Deletion is not the only option. Requests for access, correction, restriction, or an export may be sent to privacy@lognorm.al. Product-level sharing can be revoked without deleting the account.
